This week we have been continuing with our rounding and ordering numbers work in Maths. We have been rounding to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000 and then placing the numbers on a number line. We have also been ordering numbers by looking at their place value e.g thousands, Hundreds, Tens, Ones.
In English we have been continuing with our work on Beowulf- looking at how Michael Morpurgo creates action and characters. We have also used Beowulf to practise our understanding of prepositions, verbs, nouns, adjectives and adverbs.
In science we have been learning about gravity and forces. We have found out about Isaac Newton and Galileo Galilei and how their discoveries have influenced the way that we see the world.
