Mr Coulson introduced the big band in 2019 for children who play instruments and children who enjoy singing. They worked together on arrangements of pop songs, to suit the range of instruments on offer and the abilities of the children. Brass, guitars, piano, percussion and woodwind, and a lot of singing.
