and living our values of Respect, Curiosity, Ambition and Community
Henleaze Infant and Junior Schools are places where children are encouraged to ask questions, to dream big, and to recognise the importance of contributing to something greater than themselves. I am excited to lead our dedicated staff in continuing to provide a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
Whether you are a prospective parent, a current family, or a member of the wider community, I warmly invite you to explore our website, visit our schools, and see for yourself the enthusiasm and joy that fill our classrooms and playgrounds.
I couldn’t be more happy with the school. My child has thrived here this year. All staff have been amazing - so personable, and I’ve felt really listened to and taken seriously when I’ve needed to share a minor concern. My child loves coming to school, feels safe, secure and valued and has made brilliant progress. Huge thank you to all the hard-working staff
Absolutely brilliant school which has supported my child beautifully. A hugely positive experience with well-led, clear structure. I really appreciate that we know the teachers from drop-off and pick-up each day and, as such, can be involved with the educational needs of our children. The teachers are so supportive and the attention to each individual child provides the feeling of a very safe environment!
I value the hard work of staff work in making the school a nurturing and creative learning environment.
Dear Miss Cutler, Mr Noakes and Mrs Fricker, I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the time, care, and dedication you’ve poured into leading the choir practices and performances this year. Grace has had such a great time, and it’s been lovely seeing how excited she’s been for each event. She’s never been in a choir before, and it’s been a wonderful opportunity for her. The Henleaze Christmas Fayre, the school Christmas Bazaar, and especially the Bristol Beacon performances have all been fantastic. Such fun, and so special to watch. I know it takes a lot of work to get the kids ready, but we all really appreciate the time, patience, and energy you’ve put into it all. The joy and pride I could see in tonight's performance was truly the result of your hard work behind the scenes. You have made a lifetime of memories for the children after this evening, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
